Experience

Throughout a non-convential career, I have spearheaded remarkable projects that showcase a rare blend of skills. One noteworthy accomplishment includes the seamless transformation of the One New Zealand (previously Vodafone) store network, comprising over 60 stores across the country. Through a multidisciplinary approach, I uncovered the unique currents of context, culture, audience, and identity. This resulted in an immersive and engaging experience for customers that continues to be rolled out across the country.

As a respected creative leader of over six years at the reknown Australasian design firm Warren and Mahoney, and a previous Design Research Tutor at AUT University, I consistently stay at the forefront of industry trends and developments. I ensure design outcomes that are future-proofed within the ever-evolving landscape of creativity and business. I pride myself on being an agile thinker, always ready to embrace new challenges and push the boundaries of what's possible.

One of my most fulfilling endeavors was serving as Experience Sector Lead and Brand Design Lead at Warren and Mahoney. In this role, I co-defined a unique design process that revolutionised how we engage with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. By forging deep connections and going to market with an unparalleled offer and compelling brand, we achieved exceptional results that exceeded expectations and drove new revenue streams for the business.

Now, as I embark on an exciting new chapter in Europe, I eagerly seek collaborations with esteemed studios that share my vision. My primary goals are to undertake projects with substantial reach, learn from global design leaders, and adapt my expertise with new faces and places. Together, we will shape the future of design, surpassing expectations and forging new ways to innovate.
